Car Crash Victim Seeks Help, is Gunned Down by Pig

So there seems to be a bit of a pandemic in America, of innocent un-armed Black people being gunned down - mostly by gestapo police terrorists, racist vigilantes, other times. While all these cases are horrific, THIS one is pretty fucking bad.





On September 14th 2013, Jonathan Ferrell, 24, was involved in a car crash in Charlotte, North Carolina (being in N.Carolina alone, the odds were already against him. Not that he stood any better a chance in the state from which he had moved, Florida). Ferrell had just given a friend a ride home. He was heading home himself, when he got into a serious car accident. His vehicle was totaled and kicking out the back window was his only means of escape.

Disoriented but apparently having escaped grievous injury, Ferrell staggered his way about half a mile up a road leading into an up-scale bourgeois neighborhood. There, he banged on the front door of one home seeking help. One woman, identified as Sarah McCartney, 32, had answered. Rather than seeing an injured human in desperate need of medical care, she instead saw a "BIIIIG SCARY BLACK MAN", whom she assumed right away was attempting to break into her home and possibly rape her. So this racist twat slammed the door in Ferrell's face and called the cops (as racist twats are often want to do).

When cops arrived, Ferrell attempted to flag them down, because he had just been involved in a terrible car crash and needed HELP, see. Instead, police immediately tasered him without any warning, nor verbal orders. It was then that Officer Randall Kerrick, of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Gestapo, fired upon Ferrell 12 times, hitting him ten times.

Ferrell died at the scene , fell by a barrage of gunfire from one cop's gun. He was un-armed, of fucking course. Predictably, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Gestapo's initial reflex was to LIE and COVER-UP, stating that [Officer] Kerrick's actions were "appropriate and lawful". The CMPG also said that Ferrell "continued to advance upon the officers", even after he had already been hit with a taser. This is an obvious LIE that cops tell all the damned time, whenever they electrocute someone then follow it up with gun shots.

 

Since then and after much public outcry and national attention - comparable to the Trayvon Martin murder - Kerrick has been ARRESTED and FORMALLY CHARGED! The CMPG has also since walked back its words initially defending fellow pig (now defendant) Kerrick, clarifying that excessive force was used. Now to put shit into perspective, Kerrick has been charged with 'voluntary manslaughter', so even IF the filthy murderous pig is convicted, chances that he'll serve more than a few measly-ass years in prison is a long-shot. After-all, Johannes Mehserle, the filthy-ass pig who murdered Oscar Grant in Oakland on NYE 2009 received and served but two years. That said, that a cop face criminal prosecution at all remains both a rare and astounding aberration in Amerikkka!

For her part, racist callous cop-caller Susan McCartney tries to explain herself and her own actions that night. Lying, denying, and covering her sorry ass, McCartney is all excuses as she plays the "scared mother" card and claims that Ferrell "never" asked for help that night - an outrageous LIE. McCartney makes the lame-ass excuse that she thought Ferrell was a "burglar" attempting to rob her. Right, because that's exactly how burglars operate - by BANGING ON THE FRONT GODDAMN DOOR and waiting for someone to answer it, jesus! This fucking bitch, this fucking ugly, racist, cowardly BITCH - I hope her ugly fucking baby dies of SIDS!



 Refusing to own up to her own internal racism, as well as taking responsibility for HER role in Ferrell's homicide, McCartney is a typical representation of what you can expect from uppity, bourgeois, fortified, christian White people in North Carolina.

The only god-forsaken reason Jonathan Ferrell had even moved to such an awful state was to be with his fiancé, Cache Heidel. A former football player for Florida A&M University, Ferrell had been working two jobs in order to pay for his annual $15,000 tuition for his schooling in Charlotte, for which he was studying chemistry as a major. He had hoped to become an engineer for BMW. Basically, he was ON TOP of his game at the time of his murder.

Also of note, toxicology reports prove that Ferrell had neither been on drugs nor intoxicated on that night. Clean as a whistle, he was.

Killer Bread Co-Founder Goes on Muthafuckin' Rampage - FUCK YES!

Ever heard of 'Dave's Killer Bread'? If you live here in the North West, you most likely have come across it in a grocery store.

Dave Dahl, the co-founder of Dave's Killer Bread, suffered a mental health crisis and gone on an EPIC RAMPAGE on Friday Nov. 15th, leaving destruction and at least one injured deputy in his wake!

DKB is a locally owned bread company
currently based out of Milwaukie, OR. Their product is considered a regional staple and is sold in stores all over the state (for now). Each loaf of bread is packaged and stamped with the co-founder's story of redemption, explaining how the bread-maker once led a life of crime, drugs, and thuggery (like any cop, pretty much) before changing paths. After having served a 15 year prison term, Dahl founded the locally famous bread company.

The killer bread-maker had been successful and his company [still] has plans to expand. However, something seemingly snapped inside Dahl and he either relapsed or simply went batty. It had also been reported that prior to Dahl's rampage terrorizing Washington County cops, he walked into his store in Milwaukie the day prior and terrorized his employees, before smashing a life-sized cutout display of himself and storming off. Employees called police, but Dahl was gone by the time they arrived.

This guy deserves an award for being a BADASS-FOR-LIFE, he does! Now if only Dahl were to change his product's name to, 'Dave's Cop-Killer Bread', I would invest stock!

Punk Band Vocalist Accused of Assault - Viral Lynch Mob Ensues

Taking a bit of a departure from roasting pigs for just a minute, there is something that needs to be addressed. There is a blackout, shut-down, and censoring of objectivity regarding this, which is why this forum is being made available.

NYC Punk band THE CASUALTIES are currently on tour with Negative Approach and (Portland locals) Millions of Dead Cops. They had been scheduled to play a show here in Portland at the Branx club on Saturday Nov. 16th 2013. Recently a disturbing accusation surfaced  accusing Casualties lead singer Jorge Herrera of sexual assault [roughly] 16 years ago. The accusation came about via a [guest] post on a political blog called 'Put Your Damn Pants On'.  
The post was written by someone identified only as "Beth", which can be assumed is a pseudonym. The post is very long, but you are encouraged to read it and draw your own conclusion. The short version is, "Beth" accuses the Punk singer of making unwanted sexual advances at her (she never uses the word rape) at a house party roughly 16 years ago. The post was published on Nov. 5th, so one can reason that this allegation from the accuser is fresh and very recent. 

Since the post first appeared on that blog, it has been reposted by several other Punk and Alternative forums, including individuals who openly admit to having a severe vendetta against the band, independent of any rape allegations. Within a matter of a few days, a virtual witch hunt ensued. The band's FaceBook page had been deluged with many hundreds, if not thousands of comments - most negative and hysterical. This included many trolls who've seen fit to critique on the band's appearance and music, as well as opportunists who've admitted to never having heard of them in the first place. 

Jorg the vocalist, and by extension the band, were instantly assumed GUILTY-AS-FUCK by a viral surge of people who read a semi-anonymous account from one person... of an incident that was alleged to have happened 16 years ago. And anyone who DARED made attempts at objectivity or declared that they prefered to WAIT FOR MORE INFORMATION before picking sides was ruthlessly shouted down and slandered as "supporting rape culture". An attempt at just such objectivity failed when a submission regarding this issue and asking some inconvenient questions was [initially] published on Portland so-called "Indymedia". The submission was removed within an hour of it first being posted. 
Since then, The Casualties have been pulled from the Portland bill.

It turns out that the venue promoter for the show made the decision to kick the band off the 11/16 bill, and that the half-assed "reasoning" for this was due to anonymous phone calls, emails, and messages threatening to boycott and protest the show. Admission price for the show, however, had not been reduced - same as it had been when the headliner was still on.

But what's also fucked up are false allegations, viral lynch mobs, and trial-by-social media! And one must always be OBJECTIVE and SKEPTICAL when it comes to disseminating information on the internet. The band themselves have released a statement addressing this, as quoted:

"Living in the modern age of smartphones and social media it's easy for information to be shared and spread without any thought to it's validity. Anyone that is a fan of The Casualties or who knows us personally can confirm we do not support or condone abuse of any kind. While we fully support free speech and free opinion, unfortunately sometimes people can get careless and wrong information gets spread around. The claims are 100% FALSE and we appreciate all of the support we have received from around the world from our friends and fans. We always have and always will be a band that stands for equality, anti-racism, and unity."

Also, one of the sites which posted the original blog post has since taken it down, due not only to lack of evidence, but lack of verification that the alleged victim even exists! 

 

Now having read the post on the 'putyourdamnpantson' blog here are some facts that cannot be over-looked:

* The accusation comes from one person only. 
* This person, for some reason, decided to wait 16 years to tell her story (presumably, great advancements in technology and social/online media have made this more possible).
* There are no witnesses, even though this supposedly happened at a house party.
* This person claims that she's openly posted about her assault on Instagram and FaceBook before. However, no links are provided. In fact, the ONLY account of this that seems to exist anywhere on the internet is her one single blog submission, and nothing prior to Nov. 5th 2013.
* NO time, date, city, month, state, nor location of ANY sort are provided. All we are told is that this alleged assault happened at a house party (somewhere in the world, one might guess) 16 years ago.
* We don't even really know that this happened at a house party. You can read the post over again, all you'll get is that it happened in one room and [the victim] ran into another room where she barricaded herself until the next morning. So we can reasonably guess that the alleged attack took place in either a house or apt, at least.
* This person claims this happened to her  roughly 16 years ago (1997, roughly) when she was 16 years old. So she is 32 now. She says she is a mother, wife, home and business owner now. Yet, she still has not gotten over that some guy [apparently] tried to put his hands down her pants when she was a teenager. She considers herself a "casualty" (nice pun) and "survivor" of this experience. Yet, nothing in the post suggests she was forcibly and violently RAPED. Being molested in such a way is still goddamn lousy, yeah, and sucks that it happened (if it did). But eh, still...   
* There is NO way to confirm that this attack happened in the country at all. 
* There is no way to confirm that a single word of the post is true or accurate. 
* There is NO way to confirm whether the alleged victim, "Beth", even physically exists!

  

I'm not taking sides here and I will not engage in any level of victim-shaming! If "Beth's" accusations are indeed true, then Jorge should most certainly pay! And at the very least, there is NO discounting that sexual assault and sexual violence happens ALOT and that the Punk scene is in no way exceptional to this worldly fact. Which would make it all the more worse, should this turn out to be a complete goddamn fraud!

PPA Prez Daryl Turner - Disgusting As Ever

In the last blog post, Portland dirty cop Jason Lobaugh was profiled, bringing his long list of crimes and terror into account. These crimes - to which none had he ever been criminally prosecuted - include: jury tampering, hindering prosecution, criminal trespass, violating court order, aggravated assault, assaulting a minor, assault & battery, threatening & menacing, possession & abuse of illegal narcotics, and interfering in a police investigation. These are but Lobaugh's known crimes. 

If one were to read such a horrifying rap sheet without additional context, one might (might) be forgiven for assuming this were the record of a dangerous felon or ex-con... not a currently employed 22-year veteran of the Portland Police. Yet, there you have it. In a Willamette Week article published on Nov. 6th 2013, 'One Cop's Exes and Uh-Ohs', Portland Police Association and union boss Daryl "TOM" Turner defended Lobaugh (as he is want to do with all of the violent criminals amongst the ranks of the Portland Police Gestapo or PPG) by saying that Lobaugh's behavior was "not socially acceptable", but nonetheless the officer BROKE NO LAW. Turner also said that Lobaugh's domestic-violence allegations (that would be him beating up and terrorizing his ex-wives, beating up his 17-year old step-son, and just being a violent crazy thug in general) are "part of his personal life". The not-at-all-subtle message from Turner is that, if an officer who is formally sworn to PROTECT AND SERVE the public is assaulting and terrorizing his own family, then that is none of the public's business! 

A direct quote from piggy sell-out Daryl "Uncle Ruckus" Turner. Shameless defense of a known violent sociopath (Lobaugh), as well as some pretty damned inexcusable victim-blaming here. Horrifying as his words are, this is expected from a worthless scumbag who's known for making horrifying, near-fascist, and down-right foolish statements in interviews before. One local blogger, Lauren Hudgins, was soo disgusted with Turner, that she has openly called for his RESIGNATION.

Piggy Turner also has gained quite a bit of well-deserved criticism for his blatant victim-shaming. Eventually he was forced to walk back his words. Turner also claims that he was "misquoted" and demanded that WW retract the article. Unwilling to stand by his own words, like a true coward!

Turner's defense of Jason Lobaugh is particularly interesting, considering he once attempted to bust Lobaugh for narcotics. As profiled in the previous post, Lobaugh was, and likely still is, a major abuser of steroids. In Sept. 2000, he was admitted into ER, telling doctors he had overdosed on the illegal drug GHB. It was suspected that he took the drug in order to offset "post-workout insomnia" (juicing on steroids is known to wreak havoc on one's sleep cycle - fyi).

 

As a result investigators sent Turner, who was an undercover officer at that time, into a "Max Muscle" store in Beaverton, OR to try and bust Lobaugh's dope dealer. Lobaugh just happen to walk in shortly afterwards for another fix, when he spotted Turner and immediately knew what was going on. He then left the store and called the person working the counter, snitching out his fellow officer Turner as an undercover. 

This would be the that "interfering in a police investigation" and "hindering prosecution" mentioned earlier. But Tuner doesn't seem too sore about that, assuming the lousy SOB ever gave a damn at all. Daryl Turner - one CLASS ACT!

Dirty Portland Cop Accused of Terrorizing Ex-Wives

Regarding the Portland Police Gestapo, Jason Lobaugh isn't quite as notorious a name as Christopher Humphreys (James Chasse killer) or Mark Kruger (Nazi cop, literally). But it damn well ought to be! This pig has quite the history, he does.

Lobaugh most notably came to light back in Sept. 2013 when he was the subject of a Willamette Week article addressing his brazen jury tampering. In that article, Lobaugh was said to have been approaching potential jurors to a theft trial to which he was to be a witness. He would "chat up" these jurors, telling them that the officer (referring to himself) they would be listening to on the stand is a real "stand-up guy" and "out-standing", among other things. One juror would later comment to WW in an interview that, he felt as if he had been intimidated by [Officer] Lobaugh. 


Jury tampering is 100 % illegal, so you know. Despite this, Lobaugh (not surprisingly) has not been fired or reprimanded in any way. Of course, any regular citizen  who would dare do such a thing would be facing criminal prosecution and jail time... but that's neither here nor there. Lobaugh was promoted to detective in Sept. 2012, even after years of documented violence, tort claims, and drug abuse (more on all that, later). It was during this period that he engaged in the jury-tampering incident. Lobaugh has since been busted back down to beat cop, and his sorry ass is now parked at a desk in the "phone-answering" unit (detention for asshole cops who keep acting up, but no real punishment to be clear).

 Lobaugh is under an Internal Affairs investigation however, due to the jury-tampering incident. And it has recently come out that Lobaugh's ex-wife, Laurie Grant, had filed a complaint against him last November, accusing him of repeated unauthorized visits to her home and attempting to take their son away. A court-ordered parenting plan had been arraigned, and Lobaugh kept violating this order, Grant alleges. She also accuses her ex of threatening violence and that she filed the complaint because she feared for her safety. And according to another WW article, Grant filed another complaint against him this past summer, accusing the cop of coming to her home again and threatening violence against both her and her new husband. Not only that, but it has also been revealed that Grant called police in 2008, claiming that Lobaugh threatened her [then] 17 year-old son (stepson to Lobaugh) and kicked the teenager in the lower back. Despite assaulting a minor, criminal charges were never filed. Grant and the 17 year-old also told police that Lobaugh once threw boiling water in Grant's face. Charges over this assault/attempted maiming were also never filed.

And it has also come out that Lobaugh's other ex-wife, Nicole Gibson, filed a complaint against him! Gibson called deputies back in July this year when Lobaugh showed up - unauthorized - to pick up their teenage daughter. According to a police report, Gibson had legal custody of the child during the summer, so Lobaugh had no right to take her. When she put up resistance Lobaugh was said to have become enraged, sticking out his chest and his face turning red.

 

Clearly, Jason Lobaugh is a dangerous, violent bully with serious rage issues. He's racked up 16 tort claims since 1995, all of them involving his violent tendencies. And terrorizing his family has been only some of his crimes.  



- In Oct. 2006, Lobaugh was seen in front of many witnesses tasering a young Black man, then kicking him (a habit, it seems) when he was already down. 

- In March of this year, the city of Portland agreed to a $50,402 settlement stemming from an Aug. 2011 incident in which Lobaugh, in his police cruiser, rammed into motorcyclist. 

- In Sept. 2000, Lobaugh was taken to the emergency room for an overdose of GBH - and illegal narcotic. ER staff suspected the notorious hothead was juicing up on steroids, and that he took the GBH drug in order to offset "post-workout insomnia".  

   

Daryl "TOM" Turner, president of the Portland Police Union, defends every single one of Lobaugh's crimes, particularly Lobaugh threatening and assaulting his family. According to this miserable worthless piece-of-shit Turner: "Lobaugh doesn't have an anger problem. He has a problem picking wives." Lovely.

Targeting Cops has covered Turner before, notorious for making some pretty vile statements in interviews, as well as defending some of the worse cops Portland has even known. So his opinion regarding Lobaugh is expected... even though in Sept. 2000 [then undercover officer] Turner was sent into a "Max Muscle" store in Beaverton, in order to try and bust Lobaugh's dope-dealer.

The cop who offed himself just shortly after bringing in an alleged robbery suspect has been identified as Sergeant Robert Cedeno, 41. The suicide happened on Thursday Oct. 31st. Either this was a case of the burden of guilt bearing down too heavily (and Hell knows, NYPD gestapo have an awful lot to be guilty of), or, the lousy bastard profiled himself and simply acted in accordance with his formal training/natural instinct.

In any case... good riddance! One less pig to terrorize innocent citizens, particularly those of New York city - many of whom have suffered some of the most horrifying and infamous cases of police terrorism in the country.  



But this is an interesting case because it brings [back] to light another suicide of an NYPD cop which occurred in October 2008. Except in that cop's case, it definitely was an issue of the burden of guilt (and cowardice)!

On Sept. 24th 2008 NYPD Lieutenant Michael PIGott, gave the order to taser an innocent man who posed zero danger and was in mental distress. That man's name was Iman Morales, 35. Morales was on the ledge of a second-story building in NYC and naked when NYC gestapo surrounded him. PIGott ordered another officer to taser Morales. When this happened, the victim fell to his death.

Prior to his murder, Morales had been diagnosed as being bipolar as well as suffering from schizophrenia. Shortly after the police killing, Lt. PIGott was ordered to hand in his gun, badge, and placed on paid vacation (desk duty). On Oct. 2nd, eight days after ordering Morales' execution, PIGott broke into another officer's storage locker, stole a 9-millimeter Glock service weapon, and shot himself in the head. He turned 46 that day.

Even though he expressed (or at least feigned) remorse over Morales' death, the actual motivation for Lt. PIGott's suicide was that he feared losing his precious job and being indicted. A suicide note found near his dead body expressed that PIGott wanted to "spare his wife and three children to shame of seeing him being lead away in handcuffs and possibly facing prison time." So in other words, PIGott couldn't bare even the prospect of being treated JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE, so he off'ed himself as a cheap 'n easy way out - rather than take responsibility for his actions. 

 

Ironically, it is very unlikely PIGott would've faced criminal prosecution or even lost his miserable job over this. His gun and badge were taken away and they parked his ass at a desk in another unit answering phones, which is STANDARD for any cop involved in a citizen's death. Seems like all PIGott had to do was weather the storm for abit, and things would have been fine [for him].

Yet Another Innocent Child Murdered by Vile Cowardly Cop

In yet another case of horrifying police terrorism, Andy Lopez, a 13 year-old child, was recently gunned down by a sheriff's deputy in Santa Rosa,CA. The murder took place on Tuesday, Oct. 22nd. After several days of media protection, the pig who murdered Lopez has been formally identified as Erick Gelhaus, a sheriff's dep. for Sonoma County. Now a federal investigation is currently under-way, to try and determine whether this pig's actions were justified when he blew Lopez away within ten seconds of engaging this child. Meanwhile, a vigil and march have been held in Lopezs' honor.
