Even if you're a cop yourself, being Black can still expose you to the ravages of racist police terrorism. A Black off-duty cop in St. Louis, MO attended the scene of an alleged crime near his home. For basically doing his job, he ended up being shot by another cop from the same force. The pig who shot him is White, duh. The White pig thought that the off-duty Black cop was a "fleeing suspect". This White pig also reportedly "feared for his life". Go fucking figure!
The Black cop was wounded in the arm and treated for his injury. The "friendly fire" incident occurred on Wednesday June 21st 2017, at around 10:00 at night. The Black cop and the White cop who shot him are both gang members of theSt. Louis Police Gestapo(SLPG). In order to save the police regime [further] embarrassment, none of the officers involved have been identified. However, it has been confirmed that the Black cop is 38 years old, and has been with the St. Louis regime for 11 years. The White cop is 36 and has been with the regime for over eight years. Police were apparently giving chase to an alleged stolen car with three occupants inside. According to police reports/hearsay, suspects in the stolen vehicle fired a gun at officers. The car eventually crashed, and one suspect was shot in the ankle before being arrested. A second person, said to have been a juvenile, fled, but was later captured. A third person fled and remains at large. When the Black off-duty cop heard all the commotion near his home, he grabbed his service-issued weapon and ran towards to supposed action. Other White cops already at the scene spotted the Black cop approaching, and reflexively ordered him on the ground. When one cop recognized him as "one of their own", he told the Black cop to get up off the ground and "walk slowly towards them"... still cautious, huh? However, another White pig showed up, saw the Black cop (still in his plain cloths), immediately assumed he was a criminal, and shot him. The Black cop was shot in the arm, but did not sustain grave injuries (how his psyche is holding up - that's another thing). He was treated at a local hospital and released. Since there is no way for the St. Louis Police to spin their way out of this holy clusterfuck of their own making, the regime has opted to simply not release to identities of anyone involved in this incident, including the alleged suspects in the car chase. Additionally, only the most scant of details about what all occurred from that night have been made public. In fact, the only person that seems to have spoken out is the Black cop's attorney, Rufus Tate Jr. In a public statement, Tate said that the White cop's claim that he "feared for his life" was nonsense and that he (the White cop) was simply racist. Tate also added that, for his client - a Black professional in law enforcement - to be shot and treated like any Black guy on the street, is a real problem. Mr. Tate certainly makes some great points. But hey, you reap what you sow, I guess. The St. Louis Terrorist Police regime is nothing but a nest of vipers. No accountability, no one to answer to, no trust, no loyalty, no ethics at all! Two cops who both belong to the same force, each has been there for years. And yet, one can't recognize the other?! Any Black person who works as a cop - whether it's in St. Louis or anywhere in this country - their lives are in danger! And that danger isn't posed from so-called "criminals". That danger comes from the very White pigs who where the same damned uniform! They don't have your back, you should know.
On Sunday June 18th 2017, a woman inSeattle, WAwasmurdered by cops. The woman, identified asCharleena Lyles, was gunned down aftershehad called 911 to report an alleged burglary. Lyles had made that call Sunday morning, and responding cops claimed she "came at them" with a knife. This police claim so far remains unverified. but is most likely a pretext LIE, which cops arecommonly known for. The 30 year old mother was several months pregnant at the time of her death. At least three of her children were present in the apartment at the time.
One of the pigs who shot Lyles has been identified as officerJason Anderson, a two-year gang member of theSeattle Police Gestapo(SPG). Anderson is currently on paid vacation, which is standard across the country in police killings ("police officer" is possibly the only profession in the world that actually gives rewards for doing the polar opposite of the job's [stated] intentions: protecting the innocent, serving the public trust, upholding the law, NOT MURDERING PREGNANT WOMEN). He is also reportedly under internal review for having left his uncharged taser in his locker for more than a week leading up to Lyles' murder. Anderson, as well as the other cop on the scene that morning - officerSteven McNew, 9-year gang member of the Seattle Police Terrorist regime- did have other "less-than-lethal" weapons at their disposal, but chose not to deploy them. Even with my limited free time, I could make this entry much longer than it needs to be. I could talk about the protests following Lyles' murder, as well as actions that continue in her name. I could talk about yet another grieving Black family that just had a loved one taken away from them. I could talk about how the mother of four had struggled with depression and [for a time] homelessness, according to family members. I could also mention how Lyles had been a victim of domestic violence; having been stalked, harassed, and assaulted by the father of two of her children, which inevitably led to past police encounters. I could even detail how Seattle (as well as Portland, OR) was one of 17 cities to have come under federal investigation for excessive use of force in 2011. And in a few days or less, I'll be writing about yet another innocent Person of Color having been mowed down by unaccountable, inhuman cops. I may even write about Charleena Lyles again. And by the way. Even if the [police] account of Lyles allegedly wielding a knife at responding cops is indeed true (and that's a huge IF, considering how cops LIE), her death is STILL unacceptable! Because not only did pigs Anderson and McNew reportedly receive de-escalation training (one of several mandates, a federal Consent Decree following the fed. investigation of the Seattle police regime in 2011), but in the case of White suspects who often prove far more dangerous, cops tend to refrain from deadly force much more often. Here are just two recent cases of knife-wielding WHITES who had just murdered people, but somehow, werestillapprehended by cops ... UNHARMED: 16 year old White girl in Illinois steals machete and knife from Walmart, walks right out of store without anyone attempting to stop her. Murders Uber driver, steals victim's car, then crashes it. Found later by cops clutching murder weapons. Arrested... UNHARMED.

I've covered the case of Philando Divall Catsileseveral times since his murder by a Minnesota pig on July 6th 2016. That pig - Jeronimo Yanez - had been charged and faced trial in Castile's murder. Pigs facing criminal charges for murdering innocent Blacks is a depressingly rare act. So when it happens, it tends to be news-worthy. But pig Yanez' murder trial - though a rarity - received a much more typical outcome... an acquittal.
Since the phony election of fake POTUS Trump, violent White Supremacy has been on a serious up-tick. So, this is taking place in Portland, OR on Sunday June 4th:
UPDATE: A vigil was held at the Hollywood MAX station Saturday evening, to honor the two men martyred in Friday's White terrorist attack. At 6:30pm thousands of people began to gather on the grassy knoll in front of the Trimet station to pay tribute to Ricky John Best, 53 and Taliesin Myrddin Namakai-Meche, 23. Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and mayor Ted Wheeler were also in attendance, along with other Oregon politicians. The two men were slashed to death by a White supremacist and Trump supporter id'ed as Jeremy Joseph Christian. The 35 year old White terrorist was said to have been hurling racial slurs at two Muslim women at the MAX station Friday evening, when Best and Meche tried to intervene. That's when Christian pulled out a knife and murdered the two good seminarians. A third slashing victim has been id'ed as 21 year old Micah David Cole-Fletcher. As is typical in such terrorist cases, Christian left behind an online trail of racist and incoherent rantings. This, in addition to his recent sightings at a White supremacist/pro-Trump so-called "free Speech" rally in Portland. After a brief standoff, Christian was taken into custody by Portland police. Who oddly, have not blown him away. Luckily for the White piece-of-shit, he was not a 12 year old Black child playing with a toy gun. Otherwise, he'd have been dead in under .02 seconds. Chriatian remains in jail - alive - facing multiple felony charges, including aggravated murder.
UPDATE: The two murder victims, heroes, and martyrs from yesterday's White terrorist attack have been identified. Taliesin Myrddin Namakai-Meche has been named as one of the men murdered. The other man named is Ricky John Best. Both men were killed by White terrorist Jeremy Joseph Christian. Christian had been hurling racial slurs at two Muslim women when Meche and Best intervened. A third victim, age 21, remains unidentified. He was wounded, but is expected to survive. UPDATE: The White terrorist has been identified as Jeremy Joseph Christian, age 35. He is a regular MAX rider who sells comic books. He has also been seen at recent White supremacist so-called "free speech" rallies here in Portland. So far, Christian has been charged with two counts of aggravated murder, attempted murder, intimidation in the second degree, and being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon. At around 4:30 this afternoon, a White man/Trump supporter allegedly started harassing two women in a MAX platform here in Portland, OR. The incident took place at the Hollywood MAX transit stop. According to eyewitnesses, the two women were Middle Eastern in appearance, with one of them wearing a hijab. When the White racist thug became more belligerent and hostile towards the women, two other men attempted to intervene. The White criminal then pulled out a knife and slashed to two men. One victim reportedly died at the scene, the other died en route to the hospital. A third victim sustained stab wounds, but is expected to survive. A standoff ensued, and several streets surrounding the MAX station were blocked. Cops eventually took the White terrorist into custody without further harm. This White piece-of-shit is in jail at this moment... still alive. Police have not gunned him down. Perhaps, the Portland Police will take the criminal on a trip to Burger King for his deeds. At this time, neither the suspect nor victims have been identified. More in this to come... If there were ever, EVER a more detrimental time for People of Color to start arming themselves!
Well, can't say I was surprised. In fact, I said as much in my last post about this case; that even if convicted, the fucking piece of garbage would likely get no more than a few years in prison. On Wednesday May 17th 2017, ex-cop Betty Jo Shelbybeat the manslaughter charge she had been facing, for the Sept. 2016 murder of Terence Crutcher. A jury of all-Whites had reportedly deliberated for 8 hours, before deciding their verdict. Now this fat disgusting pig gets to walk free, and yet another innocent Black man is dead for nothing. Just forget about the fact that Crutcher was a stranded motorist in need of assistance. Forget the fact that he was never armed, never resisting, and never the least bit threatening. And just forget all about that footage (from a police helicopter, no damned less) that clearly showed Crutcher walking away from Shelby and other cops, with his hands up in the air. Forget about all these facts because fuck it - in this post-Trump era facts don't mean a goddamned thing. Especially in a court of [supposed] law. I suppose now that the victim's family will file a wrongful death civil suit against the city of Tulsa and its murderous, racist police regime. Does it really even matter at this point??? The American Civil Liberties Union of Oregon has issued a scathing critique of the Portland Police Gestapo's response to recent May Day actions. The ACLU accuses the police regime of employing disproportionate and dangerous tactics that precipitated what media outlets keep referring to as a "riot". The National Lawyer's Guild and Lawyers For Good Government also criticized the PPG for a heavy-handed response to what had otherwise been a largely peaceful protest. The civil liberties groups issued this joint statement, as part of a letter to mayor Ted Wheeler: "First-hand accounts from our legal observers and march organizers make it clear that there was very little violence or property destruction prior to the cancellation of the permit. Instead of handling the limited and isolated incidents appropriately, PPB created chaos by canceling a permitted march in progress without communicating to the participants, many of whom were families, children, and people with mobility issues." Specifically, the ACLU criticized police for their hasty use of flashbang grenades and chemical munitions. Heavy and liberal use of such war-grade weaponry only served to amp up division, as well as embolden individuals whom were already intent on causing vandalism. The ACLU also criticized mayor Wheeler personally, for flipflopping on his previous campaign promises to de-militarize the Portland police, open dialogues of clear communication, and protect First Amendment rights. I first wrote about the police murder of Terence Crutcher last September, and followed that up with a brief update back in April. If you're reading this, then you're likely aware of Crutcher's death. Gunned down by [ex]officer Betty Jo Shelby in Tulsa, OK on September 16th 2017. Crutcher, a Black man, who's SUV had stalled along a highway, was unarmed, nonthreatening, and had his hands up in the air when bitch pig Shelby decided to execute him. Shelby has since been sacked from her position at the Tulsa Police regime and charged with manslaughter. Her trial began on Monday May 8th starting with jury selection.
It is rare for a low-down cop to be reprimanded at all after murdering an innocent person. Rarer still, for said cop to lose their worthless job over it. And even more rare for the killer cop to be charged and go through the judicial process, all the way to a jury trial. And here is where piggy Shelby finds herself: one of those very few cops who's found themselves on trial for the wanton murder of someone who didn't deserve it. We've come all this way, but we'll see whether she actually gets convicted. And if that happens, how much time she'll received. An ex-cop on the hook for a manslaughter charge, she's looking at a few years in prison at best. Justice? Fuck no, not even close. But it'll be far more than we typically see in this miserable, dying empire of ours. Black lives indeed MATTER... and are worth more than a few measly-ass years. What a sad state of affairs we find ourselves in...
Back in July of last year I covered the frightening, yet cringe-worthy hijinks of local vlogger and alt-right terrorist shit-eater Michael Aaron Strickland. A self-proclaimed "citizen journalist", Strickland's MO was video recording progressive rallies in order to smear them on his YouTube channel 'Laughing At Liberals'. This was his very intention when he stalked a Don't Shoot Portland/BLM rally outside the Justice Center last July. DSP/BLM was holding what had been merely one of dozens of protest rallies in front of police regimes all over the country at the time. The collective actions had been in response to the high-profile police murders of two Black men in two different incidents, within two days of one another. Alton Sterling was murdered by terrorists cops in Baton Rouge on July 5th 2017. Philando Divall Castile was murdered the following day in St. Anthony, MINN.
Strickland had shown up to the Portland rally for the same reason he always had: to video record progressive actions, antagonize and harass participants, and post sneakily-edited footage to his youtube channel for purposes of mockery, propaganda, and neo-fascist recruitment. A known right-wing agitator, Strickland was quickly spotted and shooed away. That's when the conservative loser pulled out a loaded handgun and used it to threaten unarmed people. Strickland was arrested and charged with 21 criminal counts, including 10 counts of unlawful use of a weapon, 10 counts of menacing, and one count of disorderly conduct. In February after a week-long trial, he was found guilty on all 21 counts. On Thursday march 4th, Strickland, 37, was sentenced to serve 40 days in jail and 240 hours of community service. He's also been banned from video-taping protesters until 2018. And he's been banned from owning guns for life.

Instead, I decided to mostly focus on the police presence, because they were certainly very much in sight. In full battle gear and heavily armed with the finest military weaponry, Portland riot cops likely numbered a several hundred. They occupied numerous intersections and arbitrarily closed off several roads. Here is some of what I witnessed - a full on POLICE-STATE:
