A Baltimore-based KKK member has been arrested for firing a gun towards a Black man at the now infamous "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville, VA. The criminal thug has been identified as 52 year old Richard Wilson Preston. Preston is reportedly an imperial wizard of the Ku Klux Klan Maryland chapter. Or, the Baltimore-area Confederate White Knights of the KKK. He was arrested on Monday August 28th in Baltimore - more than two weeks after his violent attendance at the notorious (and deadly) white supremacist rally. Preston fired his weapon in a Black counter-protester's direction, but in full view of cops standing several yards away, as well as dozens of eye-witnesses. Preston was arrested on a fugitive warrant issued in VA. He was being held at the Baltimore county jail, but has since bonded out. He has been charged not with attempted murder or terroristic threats or firing a gun at a crowd full of unarmed people. Instead, he's been charged with, "discharging a firearm near a school". A misdemeanor. Preston's belated arrest came not because police were actually investigating him. But only after the ACLU had discovered video of Preston's actions while reviewing footage from the Aug. 11th and 12th Nazi/Klan rallies. The ACLU subsequently turned that evidence over to authorities. The Black counter-protester at which Preston aimed his gun is Corey Long, a Charlottesville resident. Not a life-long activist, but simply wanting to defend his city, Long became a hero when he turned a can of spray paint into an improvised blowtorch... and used it to fend off Nazis! According to verified reports, Long himself did not bring the can to the protest - it was thrown at him by someone on the Nazi side earlier. Later, Long put a lighter to the can and used it in self-defense. Unhooded: Preston pictured below wearing blue tee shirt and flak jacket. By now, police inaction on that weekend (particularly Saturday afternoon, when most of the fascist criminal activity occurred) has been well documented. This case was no different. Video of this incident shows a formation of cops (VA state police) standing just yards away when Preston pulled out a gun, cocked, and fired it at a crowd of people. Despite this clear criminal act, cops do nothing. No police attempt was ever made to search for Preston or seek out his identity. The only reason he was arrested is because the ACLU found video footage of him committing the crime, id'd him, and handed the evidence to police. This incident reinforces the fact that cops were inherently on the side of White supremacist criminals and terrorists. But looking at the big picture, it also shows a greater law enforcement bias as cops are hard-pressed to do their damned jobs when it comes to White criminals with actual guns. But Black people (sometimes children) are routinely murdered by cops because they were thought to have had a gun, but didn't. Or killed within seconds for having a toy gun. Events from Charlottesville that weekend also unveil another troubling pattern: all the known victims have been local, while all the perpetrators have been out-of-state.

Indeed, the Alt-Reich/White supremacist rally was organised almost entirely by outsiders. One attendee - Peter Cvjetanovic - flew in from Nevada! He's enrolled at the U. of Reno. By contrast, most if not all the counter-protesters are either local or regional residents. Yet, local and state police did absolutely nothing to protect locals, which is literally their one job! Instead, cops (and Charlottesville's city council) allowed a group criminal outsiders to swarm into town, parade through the streets with torches, commit violent acts, harm and murder innocent people. Cops just stand by, while locals are forced to fend for themselves. And arrests are only made after citizen activists and the ACLU find these animals online and expose them. If cops can't be bothered to do their goddamned job, what the Hell good are they?!
Trump's gangsterism is showing more and more, with every despicable act he commits. On Friday August 25th 2017, illegitimate "president" Trump pardoned ex-sheriff/convicted criminal/racist terrorist/arch nemesis Joe "Pig" Arpaio. The criminal actions of Arpaio have been covered here several times before, most recently last November. Then, Arpaio was facing a federal contempt charge for directly disregarding a judge's order to cease and desist his racial profiling practices. After years of violating human and civil rights, specifically, running a concentration camp (his words) and deliberately targeting Latino residents in immigration raids (with many unjust arrests and many legal and natural-borne residents having been swept in raids), Arpaio's reign of terror finally came to an end last November. Voters of Maricopa Co. had finally gotten fed up with him. And he was found in contempt of court for deliberately ignoring a federal judge's order not to carry out immigration raids and kidnap Latino people, just because he assumed they were "illegal". Initially, Arpaio was scheduled to go to trial for the contempt charge in December of last year, but that trial was postponed. In July 2017, Arpaio was found guilty of criminal contempt in a federal court. A misdemeanor, the 85 year old Arpaio faced [up to] six months in jail, as well as restitution. He had been scheduled for sentencing in October this year. But now, with Trump's erroneous pardon, that sentencing probably won't happen. A "get out of jail free" card, if there ever was one. Trump, a master criminal, helping out his buddy. Exactly how the mafia operates!
As grotesque and horrendous as this situation is, it's actually worse than you think, for two major reasons. 1. Pig Arpaio's sentencing had been set for October. Trump could've chosen anytime between now and then to pardon the pig bastard. But he choose to do so on Friday August 25th... on the day that Hurricane Harvey made landfall on SE Texas. A common assumption is Trump cynically did this so that his pardoning of a convicted criminal might get buried in the weekend news cycle, as all eyes focused on the disaster befalling TX and the Gulf Coast. That alone is horrifying, but when pressed about that allegation at a Monday news conference, Trump gave an answer that downright solidifies him as a dangerous sociopath: he timed Arpaio's pardoning on the eve of Hurricane Harvey so that his decision would get "more ratings". Wow. In other words, while millions of people in Houston and surrounding areas braced for utter disaster, Trump was thinking about... ratings. “I assumed the ratings would be far higher than they would be normally – the hurricane was just starting.” - Donald Trump on Monday Aug. 28th 2017 What a miserable piece-of-shit, the both of 'em are! As of Tuesday Aug. 29th, Hurricane Harvey has since been downgraded to a slightly less lethal tropical storm. But it is still wrecking havoc and misery. The deadly storm (first staring as a category 1, then increasing to a category 4) parked itself over the Houston metropolitan area this past weekend and dumped 11 trillion gallons of water, so far. Major highways have been flooded. Hundreds of thousands of people have either been rendered homeless, forced to seek shelter, or still facing a flood threat. The death toll stands at 30... so far. Harvey has been declared the worst natural disaster to hit TX... EVER! And it was still going on, as of this entry's publishing. But all those poor folks can rest assured, knowing without any shred of doubt that their so-called "president" does not give a shit about them. Nor the rule of law.
And speaking of the law, here's the other major reason why Arpaio's pardon is even more horrific than it at first seems. 2. Trump has been under investigation over mafia business ties to Russia and alleged election interference for months. He has been accused of building his real estate empire with his Russian Mob connections, dating back as far as the 1980's. Various former/current members of the Trump regime have been under FBI investigation. Trump himself is under investigation for obstruction of justice If Trump is able to just pardon a known criminal who repeatedly violated a judge's order, who's been convicted of a federal crime - and not be made to suffer any consequences for it - than that means Trump can probably pardon whom ever he damn well wants. That goes for any of his criminal cronies, criminal family members, his Russian mafia business buddies, etc. That means that if anyone with any personal, political, or business ties to Trump ends up getting charged and convicted of a crime, it won't matter. Because Trump will simply pardon them. Trump himself will never have to answer or explain himself. Then, we will be a full-on DICTATORSHIP.
It took about two weeks, massive public pressure, and no small amount of citizen internet sleuthing, but [an] arrest has finally been made in a vicious hate crime from Charlottesville. As covered in a previous entry, 20 year old local resident Deandre Harris had attended counter-protests against an alt-Reich rally of several hundred Neo-Nazis and KKK members. The so-called "Unite the Right" rally had descended upon Charlottesville, VA on August 11th and 12th - much to the dismay of many town residents. That White supremacist rally had resulted in a terrorist attack when Nazi Proud boy James Fields Jr.rammed his Dodge challenger into a crowd of Leftist/progressive marchers, murdering one and injuring at least 19 others. PUNK BITCH!
Daniel Borden, 18, was arrested on Friday August 25th in Mason, OH. The overdue arrest came two weeks after a pack of rabid animals attacked Harris. Nearly beaten to death, Harris suffered a broken wrist and a severe gash in his head that required 9 staples to close. Even though the hate crime happened inside a parking garage directly adjacent to a police station, no police even came to Harris' aid. No initial arrests were ever made. And police made no attempts at identifying the animals responsible. It was Harris' friends who ran to his rescue. It was internet sleuthing on the part of citizen activists who found out Borden's identity. And it was public pressure that persuaded cops to do their damned jobs and finally arrest Borden - a known fugitive up to that point.
In addition, a second Nazi thug has been identified and charged in connection to the attempted murder of Deandre Harris. The Coward's name is Alex Michael Ramos. He is reportedly 33 years old and lives in Marietta, GA. As of this entry's posting, Ramos has not [yet] been brought to justice. Both Ramos and Borden have been charged with one count each of malicious wounding, even though it was really an ATTEMPTED MURDER. But since lazy, racist, good-for-nothing "law enforcement" dragged their feet on doing anything at all, it's not surprising that the criminals would not be charged accordingly. Shortly after the attack, Ramos posted a video to his Facebook page in which he bragged about his crimes. It's all good, though... Ramos himself insists that he's actually not racist, because he's Puerto Rican. Great... yet another self-hating, coon-ass, sorry excuse for a bag of guts. Like many other light-skinned "White" Latinos, he barely passes... but kind of doesn't. But more so than this Samoan Alt-right coon, who doesn't pass at all. There always has to be at least one, right? Ramos has since deleted his Facebook account, like the coward that he is. He is most likely in hiding or possibly on the run. He, as well as the other four (still unidentified) savages that attacked Harris, remain fugitives from the law. These animals are to be captured - ALIVE OR DEAD!
Let's just admit that the so-called "war on drugs" is really just a war on People of Color and the lower classes. It's nothing more than an excuse for the police-state to run wild with human rights abuses (up to and including kidnapping, torture, state-sanctioned murder, rape, false imprisonment, and theft). This false war also propagates a multi-billion dollar prison-industrial matrix which profits off human misery. This, combined with the racism and misogyny of most cops, has resulted in a living nightmare for one Texas motorist.
Charnesia Corley, a Black female driver, was pulled over by two Harris county sheriffs in Houston for allegedly "running a stop sign". Then, claiming to have "smelled marijuana", the sheriffs forced Corley out of her vehicle, handcuffed her, and search her vagina for weed. This torture and rape took place for 11 minutes, as the victim was stripped naked below the waist in a Texaco parking lot. The two pigs responsible are Harris Co. deputies Ronaldine Pierre and William Strong. The sexual assault actually occurred in June 2015, but came to light only recently after Corley's attorney, Sam Cammack, released dash-cam video to the public. Cammack released the video shortly after Pierre and Strong had been cleared of wrong-doing by and all-White TX grand jury on August 4th 2017. Now that the two filthy pigs have gotten away with kidnapping, threatening, raping, and humiliating an innocent law-abiding citizen, a federal civil rights trial is set for January 2018.
According to reports, an unidentified female officer also took part in the rape. Corley was a 20-year old student at the time. To add insult, Corley was then arrested on false charges of possession and resisting arrest (obligatory). A Harris Co. D.A. later dropped those charges. Cammack has now filed a federal lawsuit against Harris County and the sheriff's dept. on behave of his client. Needless to say, pigs Pierre and Strong remain paid union-backed public employees for the [failed] state of TX. The pending federal suit should not effect them in the slightest. Meanwhile, a sadistic war on the poor/working classes, on POC, and on Black women rages on, unabated.
One week ago today, roving gangs of White supremacist criminal thugs descended upon Charlottseville, VA. Their aim was to protest the planned removal of a statue dedicated to Confederate piece-of-shit Robert E. Lee. They also called for an "ethno-White state", insisting that America was "for Whites, only". The so-called 'Unite the Right' rally was largely led by Neo-Nazi gang Vanguard America. The organizing and pre-planning was largely online and spear-headed by White trash sewer dump The Daily Stormer. As I reported earlier in the week, the Alt-Reich, Trump-approved event began with a tiki-torch-led march reminiscent of nostalgic KKK rallies and Nazi, Germany on Friday night. And it ended the following Saturday evening with a terrorist attack which left one person dead and 19 others injured. The rabid animal responsible for the attack is James Alex Fields Jr. - a 20 year old little shit stain, army dropout, and trust fund brat, with massive boner for Adolf Hitler. More on him later, but first I want to bring attention to some other stories that came out of Charlottesville last week.
Saturday afternoon August 12th - a 20 year old Black male was savagely beaten by several Neo-Nazi animals who were part of Alt-Reich rallies that weekend. The victim has been identified as Deandre Harris, an instructional assistant at one of the local high schools. The violent hate crime took place in a parking garage. Harris had attended counter-demonstrations earlier, but was leaving as things [seemed] to have died down. Harris was heading to his car when he followed, surrounded, and attacked by a gang of four to five White savages. Harris' friends, who were near by, ran to his rescue, and chased off the rabid animals. In an interview with The Root, Harris says that had it not been for his friends rushing to his aid, he would most likely have been killed. A photo capturing the racist attack has circulated widely, going very viral. The parking garage where the cowardly hate crime took place just happens to be adjacent right next to a police station. Yet, no cops came to help Harris. Throughout that weekend, cops remained as useless as could possibly be. And even when a young Black man is savagely beaten by a pack of filthy animals RIGHT NEXT to a police station, cops do nothing! Harris sustained a broken wrist and a deep gash in his head that required eight staples to close. His mother is considering filing suit against the city for negligence. Meanwhile, concerned citizens are busy doing the job cops should be doing: FINDING THE CRIMINALS. At least one of the animals has been identified already. His name is Daniel "Dan" Borden. There is photo evidence of him wearing a plaid shirt, white construction hat, and carrying what appears to be a wooden stick. There is also further evidence of him - photos lifted from his [now deleted] Facebook page, which confirm his identity. As of the writing of this entry, Borden has been named by police as a "person of interest". However, the animal has not [yet] been arrested, nor charged with any crime. Both Harris and his attorney, Lee Merritt, has expressed frustration that no arrest warrants have been issued, almost a week after the assault/attempted murder on Harris. [Once again] it looks like it's going to take immense public pressure just to get these pigs to do their goddamned job! should Borden or any of the other criminal Nazi thugs ever be brought to justice, they should be KILLED. These savages are beyond reform. They should simply be put down, as one would a rabid dog. Just kill them and save tax-payers money. Meanwhile, several swift arrests have been made in connection to the heroic toppling of a Confederate statue in Durham, NC that took place Monday night August 14th. That didn't take long at all, but the mongrels who nearly beat a young Black man to death in Charlottesville remain fugitives. Most of them haven't even been identified. It's pretty goddamned clear where police priorities lay.

At least one other Black man was almost killed that day. Marcus Martin was also among the antifascist counter-protesters, along with his fiancee Marissa Blair, 27. Martin was one of the 19 survivors of last Saturday's terrorist attack. Blair was not harmed, but she was a personal friend of Heather Heyer, the one person who died in the attack. As that car came barreling down a street full of people, Martin's quick wits told him what was happening. He pushed his fiancee out of harm's way just in time, placing himself in the direct path of the speeding car-turned-weapon. A photographer captured the split second moment in which Martin - as well as other innocent people - were sent flying into the air as they were hit. Terrorist Nazi James Fields then set the Dodge Challenger in reverse and drove at top speed, running over Martin in the process. Martin survived, but sustained a broken left leg. He is a TRUE HERO, in every literal since of the word! I'm just surprised cops didn't arrest him for "obstructing a vehicle". Such cruelty certainly isn't beyond cops.

And speaking of police cruelty, the sheer level of inhumanity cops are capable of... it never ceases to amaze me. A Springfield, MA pig is in hot water after posting sadistic comments on Facebook, mocking the victims of the Charllotesville terrorist attack. Officer Conrad Lariviere, a gang member of the Springfield Police Gestapo (SPG), made his disgusting comments Sunday, the day after the Nazi terrorist attack. Since then, thousands of citizens have signed a petition demanding the filthy pig be sacked. GOOD! The mayor of Springfield has since issued the compulsory statement condemning Lariviere's vile comments. And the chief of Springfield's police regime claimed that an investigation would be underway. What for? The pig said what he said, it's obvious. And even though Lariviere has deleted the comments and issued an apology (because his sorry White ass got busted), screenshots of the Facebook posts are still easily accessible. The Facebook page is his, those posts are his, the Springfield mayor and police chief have both confirmed this, the bastard himself admitted what he did. So, what else is an "investigation" supposed to turn up, huh? Thousands of public citizens have already demanded his removal. Either FIRE the son-of-a-bitch, or not.
